A special thank you to the identified state and national content experts who participated in a focus group, Parent’s Place of Maryland, State Education Citizens Advisory Council (SESAC), and Education Advisory Council (EAC) for their willingness to provide feedback.

Thank you to Carroll, Cecil, Frederick and Caroline counties (the Digital Portfolio steering committee workgroup, local directors, transition coordinators and local school teams) who participated in the field testing of the Maryland Transition Digital Portfolio. At least eleven of the twenty-four local school systems’ transition coordinators identified and developed the content for the tasks within the digital portfolio and acted in an advisory role for continued feedback.
