Secondary Transition Steering Committee

The mission of the Steering Committee is to provide leadership supporting effective secondary transition policies and practices within LSSs on behalf of secondary students with disabilities by:

• Discussing/Sharing EBP
• Identifying/Problem solving challenges
• Collaborating with families, agencies, employers, and community stakeholders
• Promoting student choice, advocacy, and empowerment
