Who We Serve

Maryland is the 20th largest state by public school enrollment with approximately 894,344 students enrolled from pre-kindergarten through grade 12. In the 2018-2019 school year, approximately 12% of children with disabilities ages 3–21 received special education and related services and 5% of infants and toddlers ages birth to age 4 received early intervention services.
