This webinar series is about authentic assessment and its connection to the childhood outcomes summary process in early intervention and preschool special education.
It’s organized into three separate sections, and embedded in the different sections are core components of COS fidelity for Maryland. First, you’ll review the essential knowledge practitioners need to know about authentic assessment. Then you’ll examine the essential knowledge practitioners need to know about the COS process. And in the third section, where authentic assessment and COS come together, you’ll explore how authentic assessment informs the COS process and helps teams achieve quality COS ratings.
