Carroll County Public Schools 2022 Transition Fair

Marcella Franczkowski, Assistant State Superintendent, Early Intervention and Special Education Services, welcomed high school students, parents, staff, administrators and community partners to the Carroll County Public Schools 2022 Transition Fair on Friday, March 18.  This year’s fair, held at Carroll Community College, provided students and parents with the opportunity to “Network to Your Future.”  Participants attended sessions related to secondary transition and engaged with over 30 community partners and agencies from across Carroll County.
